We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!

Ernesto the Cheff was so personal making sure you had what you needed we were there for 4 days for breakfast and every day he was there with a great smile, he made chalupas, gorditas, and all the good Mexican food. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Thank you, Ernesto.

I liked all services; And the extended time that the hotel gave us to make the checkout; I want to recognice the good service, attitude and smiles of the lady in the front desk (Sarai), the guy in the pool area (Marco) ans the waitress staff in the restaurant included Ximena; They are excellent hosts !!! Thanks a lot for good experience !!!

All the time the staff was very helpful and attentive. They have tasty food, it is clean and pet friendly :)
